B.A.S announces the release of a cash forecast and risk management module to its flagship solution, C2Box.
Paris, the 19th June 2012- B.A.S (Box & Automation Solutions), a leader in cash management solutions, take big groups and SMEs to new heights in their treasury management and reporting. With the current economic context ever growing in complexity and volatility, it is now imperative for financial executives to have a global, coherent and detailed view of their cash positions, balance evolution and bank risks.
Always true to its promise for always enriching its available solution, B.A.S announces a groundbreaking evolution to its already available solution C2Box. Armed with a Cash Forecast module (treasury provisions), it now features a bank reconciliation via a very user friendly tool based on Artificial intelligence. This Cash Forecast module gives the treasurer an unmatched visibility thanks to provision reconciliation that has a brain of its own.

On another hand, the treasurer must be able to identify the uncertainties and risks associated with his bank positions. C2Box has been upgraded with a risk management module. The treasurer now can look up closely in real time his risk exposure in available banks.

These new functionalities respect the vision of C2Box that consists of automating the management and consolidation of the staggering amount of financial information without hampering the simplicity and flexibility of the solution. Users can design their own dashboard, customize their own reports, draw their own graphs, and export their own customized excel sheets. For David Lecuyer, VP Business Development of B.A.S ” it is only natural for B.A.S to always be in perpetual motion; to never stop developing new treasury focused tools with cutting edge technology. We are committed to facilitate treasurer tasks at better controlling their cash. By following this mindset, we will announce very soon new tools, more macro and less headache inducing. I am confident that treasurers and finance directors will fall in love with them.”
